Trust Fall is excited to introduce our next chef, a newcomer to Knoxville and owner of Cook to Be Well, Jenna Baker. Chef Baker is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After completing an internship at Aqua in San Francisco, she returned home to the Virginia countryside to work at The Inn at Little Washington. While honing her skills under the direction of Patrick O’Connell, she had the opportunity to work with many notable and rising chefs of the time.

Over the course of a 20+ year career and raising three daughters, Jenna has shifted through a diverse range of experiences that include her own wedding cake business, pastry consulting, a school nutrition program, and an unexpected turn to plant-based nutrition studies through Cornell. Most recently, she opened Cook To Be Well in the downtown north area, with the belief that everyone deserves to eat delicious food, be nourished, and feel great.

We’re also thrilled to announce that Nathan Osborne will be returning to Trust Fall with more of his eclectic and delicious beverage pairings.

The secret location of this dinner will be disclosed to guests on the day of the event. Part of the Trust Fall experience is placing your trust in the featured chef, so no special dietary requests or preferences may be made (no refunds are offered), as we let the chefs drive this train.
