Trust Fall is excited to introduce our next chef, Knoxville native, Simon Hall. Simon studied at the New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont, before sharpening his culinary skills in restaurants in San Francisco, Charleston, and Denver. Chef Hall spent five years in the British Virgin Islands, working at SurfSong Villa Resort on Beef Island, Executive Jet Management, and The Dove Restaurant in Tortola, before returning home to serve as Executive Chef of Knoxville's acclaimed Chez Liberty. Most recently, Simon has returned from a stint in South Beach to begin Simon Hall, Private Chef, a Knoxville-based company providing food services and much more.

Chef Hall will be joined by Palmer Mason of Craft Accommodations. Palmer has spent close to a decade refining his skills in man of Knoxville's best establishments, such as Peter Kern Library, Knox Mason, Oliver Royale, and the bar he presently manages, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro. His development and background in these bars invigorated his passion for genuine hospitality and shaped him into an artisan of craft cocktails and scholar of spirits. Palmer has set the bar high for mobile bartending in the region, and we're excited to see his vision for Chef Hall's spread.

The secret location of this dinner will be disclosed to guests on the day of the event. Part of the Trust Fall experience is placing your trust in the featured chef, so no special dietary requests or preferences may be made (no refunds are offered), as we let the chefs drive this train.
