about ashley
Trust Fall is thrilled to introduce our next chef, Ashley Quick. Chef Quick, a native of Charlotte, apprenticed with the 2000 Culinary Olympic Team, and after moving to Nashville in 2003, worked at The Hermitage Hotel, Andrew Chadwick's, Husk, The Farmhouse, and Flyte, where he was recognized with a national 40 under 40 honor. Ashley travelled outside the region to further hone his skills, including stints at Clio in Boston, Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Napa Valley California, and London's The Fat Duck. Most recently, Ashley returned to Charlotte where he worked for the Moffett Group at their Italian concept Stagioni. Lucky for us, this impressive road has led him now to Knoxville, where he'll be leading the charge at the next Trust Fall event on March 19th.
The Quick Dinner will be a "newbies" only event (only available to those who have not attended any previous dinners.) Tickets will be released Saturday, March 5th, at 10:00 am on the Trust Fall Tickets page. As always, these will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited to two per guest (price will be announced within the week.) So far, demand has been much higher than supply, so if you are interested in attending, we encourage you to reserve your seat as soon as they are released (be Quick about it? Anybody? Sorry.) Anyway, if you don't make it this time, we hope you'll give it another shot next go around.
The secret location of this dinner will be disclosed to guests on the day of the event. Part of the Trust Fall experience is placing your trust in the featured chef, so no special dietary requests or preferences may be made (no refunds are offered), as we let the chefs drive this train.
